At The Real Mum Trainer, I’m here to help new mums and mums-to-be feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. As a real mum with a real mum body—stretch marks, wobbly bits, and all—I know firsthand the challenges and pressures that come with motherhood. My mission is to support you through every stage of your journey, with fitness programs that are designed to help you feel amazing, without the unrealistic expectations.

My fitness programs are:

  • Focused on health and well-being: It’s not about perfection – t’s about helping you feel stronger, more energised, and healthier at your own pace
  • Tailored for real mums: whether you’re pregnant or adjusting to life with a new baby, each workout is designed to fit your unique needs and body
  • Inclusive of all bodies: you won’t find unrealistic, airbrushed images here. We celebrate all bodies, shapes, and sizes, because every mum deserves to feel proud of her body.

My Mission

The Real Mum Trainer is all about real mums, real bodies, and real results. I believe that fitness should make you feel good, not guilty. That’s why I’ve created programs tailored specifically for mums, whether you’re pregnant or postpartum. And this isn’t about looking like an Instagram model – it’s about building strength, boosting your confidence, and feeling great in your own skin.

Each plan includes safe, effective workouts tailored to your needs, expert nutrition guidance to keep you nourished and energised, and exercises to strengthen and support your body as it changes.

This isn’t just about fitness; it’s about reclaiming your confidence and finding empowerment in every step. With guided workouts and dedicated moments to focus on yourself, you’ll gain a new sense of direction for your body and mind.

You’ll also have ongoing support and encouragement from someone who understands what it’s like – helping you feel strong, capable, and truly connected to the amazing journey you’re on.

Wear your baby or find time for yourself. We can focus your goal on strength, core, fat loss, general fitness.

Personalised nutrition advice and structured workouts

Everything is based on you – your goals, likes, needs, lifestyle and previous training history.

Ongoing feedback and support to keep you motivated

Staying motivated is HARD! Especially when you’re running around after children (partners) or carrying a life in your tummy. That’s where I come in – encouraging and and cheerleading you at every step.

Perfect for mums carrying bumps

Time to connect with your changing body, work on your core, help weary muscles and keep you fit and active.

Online coaching through my app

My app includes your training routine, when to train and which exercises to do. It has videos to help you along.

Weekly check-ins to track your progress

Support when you need it via WhatsApp and my training app. We will keep track of your goals and makes sure you are hitting them or on your way to hitting them.

CIRCUITS

GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Join me for a fun, supportive, and energising circuit class designed specifically for mums-to-be and postnatal mums! Whether you’re pregnant or adjusting to life after baby, this class is all about helping you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your changing body.

Each session is a mix of safe, low-impact exercises tailored to your individual stage, focusing on strength, mobility, and rebuilding core stability. We’ll rotate through different stations, working on everything from gentle cardio to toning exercises that target key areas like legs, arms, and glutes – all while being mindful of pelvic floor and postnatal recovery.

You’ll be moving at your own pace, and there’s plenty of flexibility to adjust exercises depending on how you’re feeling that day. And don’t worry, we’ll have breaks for water, chats, and laughs in between! It’s as much about the mental reset as it is the physical one.

With WhatsApp support from me outside the class and a welcoming group of mums who ‘get it,’ you’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and part of a community. Whether you’re a new mum, an experienced one, or expecting, this class is your time to focus on you.
