At The Real Mum Trainer, I’m here to help new mums and mums-to-be feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. As a real mum with a real mum body—stretch marks, wobbly bits, and all—I know firsthand the challenges and pressures that come with motherhood. My mission is to support you through every stage of your journey, with fitness programs that are designed to help you feel amazing, without the unrealistic expectations.

That’s why I’ve created programs tailored specifically for mums, whether you’re pregnant or postpartum. And this isn’t about looking like an Instagram model – it’s about building strength, boosting your confidence, and feeling great in your own skin.

Each plan includes safe, effective workouts tailored to your needs, expert nutrition guidance to keep you nourished and energised, and exercises to strengthen and support your body as it changes.
This isn’t just about fitness; it’s about reclaiming your confidence and finding empowerment in every step. With guided workouts and dedicated moments to focus on yourself, you’ll gain a new sense of direction for your body and mind.
You’ll also have ongoing support and encouragement from someone who understands what it’s like – helping you feel strong, capable, and truly connected to the amazing journey you’re on.

Join a community of prenatal mums, sharing ways to stay fit and find ways to keep moving.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
1 on 1 TRAINING
A personal training programme with 1 on 1 advice, support and nutrition specifically for your journey in motherhood.
For mums to be or mums who have had their babies. Any stage of motherhood training!
HOW IT WORKS:
Choose and pay for your 1-on-1 coaching package.
Once payment is complete, you’ll be guided to fill out your onboarding questionnaires.

CIRCUITS
GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Join me for a fun, supportive, and energising circuit class designed specifically for mums-to-be and postnatal mums! Whether you’re pregnant or adjusting to life after baby, this class is all about helping you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your changing body.
Each session is a mix of safe, low-impact exercises tailored to your individual stage, focusing on strength, mobility, and rebuilding core stability. We’ll rotate through different stations, working on everything from gentle cardio to toning exercises that target key areas like legs, arms, and glutes – all while being mindful of pelvic floor and postnatal recovery.
You’ll be moving at your own pace, and there’s plenty of flexibility to adjust exercises depending on how you’re feeling that day. And don’t worry, we’ll have breaks for water, chats, and laughs in between! It’s as much about the mental reset as it is the physical one.
With WhatsApp support from me outside the class and a welcoming group of mums who ‘get it,’ you’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and part of a community. Whether you’re a new mum, an experienced one, or expecting, this class is your time to focus on you.
