About Me
Hiya, I’m Lauren – Personal Trainer, TV producer, mum, wife… all wrapped up in one fiery ginger package!
I welcomed my first little bundle of joy, Alexander, in 2020, and doubled the trouble with our girl Indigo in 2023. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to start real conversations about what it really feels like to become a mum – the highs, the lows, the giggles, and everything in between.
My fitness journey started way back in 2016 when I became a Personal Trainer, working with women in gyms and even training American Footballers (yep, that happened!). But after having my own kiddos, my passion took a beautiful turn – I became obsessed with helping other mums feel amazing in their new, post-baby bodies.
Becoming a mum changes everything. Your body, your mind, your entire world gets flipped upside down. My classes are all about embracing the journey of ‘Matrescence’ (the big word for the wild ride that is becoming a mum) and rolling with it. I’m here to help you feel strong, confident, and most importantly, like yourself. And motherhood is so much easier when you’ve got a community of mums to chat, laugh, and maybe even cry with.
Think of my classes as your time to recharge, sweat a little and share some time to talk with other amazing mums. Fitness is my way of supporting not just your body, but your mental health too – because we all need a bit of ‘me-time’ that’s full of fun and positivity. Whether you’re a new mum or have been doing this for a while, we’re in this together!
