Online coaching with me! A way to get moving, feel good and reach your fitness goals – whether before or after baby – with a mum who’s been there.

Mum & Bump (6pm) or Mum & Baby (7pm)
An accessible circuit class in Cottingham village for pregnant mommas or mommas with/without your bambinos.
MUmday run club
A fun Sunday running club filled with mums and women cheering on other women. An easy-paced 3-5km around Cottingham village.
1 on 1 training
An online personal training programme with 1 on 1 advice, support and nutrition specifically for your journey in motherhood.
At The Real Mum Trainer, I’m here to help new mums and mums-to-be feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. As a real mum with a real mum body – stretch marks, wobbly bits, and all – I know firsthand the challenges and pressures that come with motherhood.
