Weekly group session – Starts Sunday 2nd March!

Mum & Bump (6pm) or Mum & Baby (7pm)

An accessible circuit class in Cottingham village for pregnant mommas or mommas with/without your bambinos.

At The Real Mum Trainer, I’m here to help new mums and mums-to-be feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. As a real mum with a real mum body – stretch marks, wobbly bits, and all – I know firsthand the challenges and pressures that come with motherhood.
